Cancellation Policy

The Cancellation Policy for individual bookings is 48 hours in advance, except during the Christmas Show when the Cancellation Policy is 1 week in advance. For Group Bookings the Cancellation Policy
is 30 days in advance. Full Ticket Price will be charged if reservations are not cancelled within cancellation policy time limits.

Christmas season reservations must have a confirmed number of guests and also must be secured
with either a valid credit card or pre-paid. If there is a reason for you to cancel or change your number
of guests, we will do our best to try to resell your cancelled seats. If this is not possible, your credit card will be billed for the number of seats reserved.
