• The Bridal Party will receive 2 complimentary bottles of Champagne.
• HST and a 15% gratuity will be added to your final choices.
• Final Guest Totals must be received 2 weeks prior to the event.
• A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Payment in full is due at the end of your event.
• The above prices include the room rental.
• A full service bar is available.
• Blazedale Hall seats 217 dinner guests plus the Head Table on stage.
• The Rose Room seats 150 dinner guests.

If your reception is held in Blazedale Hall and you wish to host a post reception celebratory dance in the Rose Room we would not charge for the room rental ($400.00 plus tax) but the basic maintenance fee of $150.00 plus tax would apply. A Bartender is included in the maintenance fee but if a light and sound person is required there would be an additional charge. You may arrange for a DJ or if the Phoenix Band is available you may book them at an additional cost to be negotiated.

All arrangements for the Rose Room will be coordinated by the Phoenix.
